Jet fuel is hygroscopic, and they have a drain on the bottom of the wing/tank to take a sample to make sure that no water has settled, or to drain the water. I imagine the relative scale of our fuel tanks to jets might mean that we don't really need to worry, but worth mentioning. Also, it seems like most of the times I hear e85 mentioned someone mentions something about black goo/sludge? Any info on this? Sounds like it collects in the intake. Good read Brett, thanks!
